Gregory Ruaporo wins his first Auckland Open title.

The final of the Auckland Singles between Gregory and Wally Marsic was played at New Lynn yesterday afternoon. Gregory got away to a good 6-0 start which he extended to 10-2 from some superb draw bowling. The game progressed to 15-10 when Gregory took control of the game winning by a comfortable 21-11.
